The half-day unguided quail hunt package is still enough time for you to hunt quail here in Texas at Schmidt Double T Ranches. We have 2 options for the half-day experience that include a morning hunt time or an afternoon time. Our morning hunts run 8 AM – 11:30 AM, and our afternoon hunts run 2 PM – 5:30 PM. Depending on what ranch you book, you’ll have the opportunity to hunt on 1,500 acres per ranch for a total of 3,000 acres.

What’s Included in the Half-Day Unguided Quail Hunt
With 2 options, either the morning or afternoon quail hunt, you’ll be able to spend 3 and a half hours hunting for quail on our large piece of land here in Texas. We provide you with 3,000 acres of land and 25 birds released per hunter for you to go out and hunt. You will have to bring your own hunting gear and equipment, along with your own flush/birddog.

There is a fee for any non-hunters in your party, whether child or adult.
