Important Hunt Policies & Additional Fees
To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please carefully review each of the hunt policies and additional fees below before booking your trip.
Guide & Cook Tips
Guides and cooks work primarily for tips. Standard gratuity is 20–35% of the hunt for guides, and $50–$100 per hunter, per day for cooks.
Wounded Animal Policy
Any wounded animal is considered a kill. Every effort will be made to recover the animal, but no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Hunt Success
This is a true fair-chase hunt. While our management program supports trophy-quality animals, success is not guaranteed.
Licenses & Permits
Texas hunting licenses are required. Youth under 17: $7. Resident adult: $25. Non-resident adult: $315. Hunters born after Sept. 1, 1971 must have a Hunter Safety Permit.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your hunt. Deposits are non-refundable. So be sure and check on travel insurance for your hunt.
Final Payment
Remaining balance due upon arrival (unless otherwise noted).
2-Person Minimum
All guided and unguided hunts require at least two hunters.
Non-Hunting Guests
$250 per day, includes lodging and meals.
Cleaning Fees
$75.00 per deer to be quartered in your cooler
Trophy Fees
For Whitetail over 170” B&C, an additional $2,000 applies. Over 180” scored deer will be priced at the ranch.
Alcohol Policy
For the safety of all hunters and guides, alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during hunts.

Texas Hunting License & Tags
All hunters must purchase the appropriate Texas hunting license and tags prior to their hunt. Licenses are available through the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.

Taxidermy & Shipping
Professional taxidermy and shipping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Weapons & Ammunition
Hunters are responsible for bringing their own rifles, shotguns, and suitable ammunition. Firearms and ammo are not provided by the ranch.
